Shipping Details

We offer free worldwide shipping. Your package will be processed within hours, and the shipping time is usually between 2-14 working days depending on the destination. Please use order tracking tab to track your order

Failed deliveries

Please verify the shipping address you've entered when placing your order. Let us know immediately via email at contact@achesnomore.com if you have entered in the wrong address. We can correct this within 24 hours.  If the address is incorrect and a replacement must be sent after that time, a replacement fee will be charged. Or, if your package was delivered but not picked up, a replacement fee will be charged

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To start a return please contact us at contact@achesnomore.com. We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
